Open Bar Pricing
All bar services are subject to a $2,500 beverage minimum.
This minimum can be applied toward your overall bar and beverage experience, including: open bar packages, cash bar service, champagne toasts, coffee service, bridal suite beverages & bar enhancements or upgrades.
Most couples naturally meet this minimum through a 3–4 hour open bar package. For those choosing a shorter open bar, the remaining balance can be applied toward additional beverage offerings or enhancements. Open bar service may transition to a cash bar following the hosted bar period once the minimum has been met.
18% gratuity will be applied to any open bar package.

Hot Chocolate Bar
Warm up with our hot chocolate bar. Hot water dispensers, hot cocoa and marshmallows.

Intimate Gathering Cocktail Displays
These options are perfect for small gatherings (like baby & bridal showers) that might not want a full bar available but would like something to offer guests. These options will be displayed in glass dispensers or galvanized self serve tubs. Single use glassware included.

Important Things to Note When Choosing Your Bar Package:
- During dinner, you have the option of closing the bar or offering a cash bar while guests are eating.
- Last call is at 9:30 and we will have water available to guests after your open bar closes.
- The maximum open bar time is 4 hours.
- You can add on your bar package at anytime. Before your final payment, we can adjust the final guest count. Please note - we will only adjust that guest count once.
If you have a larger guest count (130-150) that requires a flip of the ceremony space - you may choose to have cocktail hour at Boots Brewing or The Crystal Restaurant, downstairs! Read more about this fun cocktail hour partnership here.
